A Functionality was implemented making it possible to define the Order of the Documents when they are merged via an Attachment Group
Before the implementetation the order of the Document whould be random based on the order in which the Documents where found. To make the merged PDF more redeable it is possible to define a sorting criteria for example when 4 DMS Documents where found 2 based on the Entry 1000 and 2 on the Entry 1010 then it is possible define a sorting criteria so that the dms documents that are define on the same entry are merged together.

Dialog sending through delayed sending option
It was not possible to use a delayed send using the send dialog function. This has now been corrected and it is now possible to send a dialog send also delayed.

No or double file extension (Attachement Codeunit)
Dispatch profiles with a code unit set up with the function GetFilenameForAttachment from the code unit EDS Queue Management could not set the file type in the document name correctly. This has now been fixed and the file type in the document name is now set correctly.

There was a bug that the wrong email attachments were displayed in the queue entries once you manually changed them when sending.
These are now displayed correctly.

Functionality issue with "Copy Node" function
There was a problem with the "Copy Node" action as it only created a new node which was completely empty. This has now been fixed. After pressing this action the node will be copied completely.

Email templates special characters HTML issue on automatic sending
When a user made a posting, the document was automatically sent by email, but if there were special characters in the email, such as "Ä, Ö, Ü", then the email was incorrect for the recipient, because other incorrect characters came instead. Now the problem has been solved and the emails are sent correctly when posting.

New Dispatch profile
When the user tried to create a new Dispatch Profile, the table selection always returned the error that this record already existed. The error occurred because there was always a query for renaming on the pages "Dynamic Business Mappings", "Setup", "Dispatch Profiles" and "Business Mapping Setup". Now this error has been solved and the user can create a new Dispatch Profile, as well as new records on the other pages without problems again.

Business Mapping Setup has an email Filter
The EDS Dynamic Business Mapping Code in the EDS Dynamic Business Partner page has a filter for the dropdown, which make it impossible to create a new entry with the new button from the dropdown. The filter is now removed so that the user can create a full Business Mapping Setup from the new button in the dropdown.

Switching the Business Relation Code does not delete business partner filters
Switching the Business Relation Code or Table field did not remove the old filter, and created an error because the old filter still exist. The user will now be asked to make a confirmation when the user wants to change the Business Partner field or the Table field. When the user confirm the field change, the filter will be completely deleted for the selected mapping.

The issue that after creating a businesspartner, it is not visible until you reenter the page, when entering the page from a filtered context, is resolved.

Download functionality in ribbon bar
A new action has been added to the Posted Sales Invoice page and Posted Sales Credit Memo page to allow downloading of an EDS shipping profile with the output type Download for multiple entries in a row. The PDF files are merged into a single PDF file that is downloaded through the browser.

The Ribbon bar in the EDS setup has been divided into 3 groups. Setup function for Reports
In the dispatch profiles you will now find a new field called "Use document layout". With this field you can now control whether
the report should use the email addresses from the document layouts.
* This option can only be set once for a dispatch profile.
* The dispatch profile must not contain any dynamic mapping code to be set.

Use document layout for report as standard if it is set
This feature will use The First Report Layout as the default EDS report layout if no emails have been inserted into the report layout.

Document Layout Recipient Selection
If a report configured for multiple document layouts with different email recipients is sent, then the EDS send should be triggered multiple times and the recipients should change so that all configured email recipients receive an email. * The required setting can be found under the point Setup function for Reports

Create the output type "Download"
A new output type has been added to the EDS which allows the attachments of the dispatch profile to be downloaded via the browser. This is possible with a new function in the EDS factbox "Download" that is displayed when creating a business partner that has a shipping profile assigned with the type Download, a PDF is then generated that is downloaded with the browser. If you have several documents that are not assigned to an attachment group, a zip file is generated that contains the attachments.

The "Dynamic Table Setup" was available on the Role Center under the action "Mappings". Now it can be found under the action "Setup".

The EDS Duplicate Dispatch Profile Action does not copy the PDF/A-3 settings if there is a PDF/A-3 in the report configured. It is now fixed, and the duplicate function will also duplicate the PDF/A-3 settings.
