How it works

  • ✏️ Add/Remove Lines in Draft: Users can now effortlessly create or delete lines within the draft stage of Smart Processing, offering greater flexibility and control over document preparation.
  • 💡 Smart G/L Account Suggestion: With minimal setup, our system now intelligently suggests General Ledger accounts based on configured rules. Each suggestion comes with a reasoning object, providing transparency and aiding user decision-making.
  • 🔍 Select Current Record in Lookup Validation: When opening a lookup table, the system will now automatically select the current record. This eliminates the need to manually search for the desired entry, saving time and reducing errors.
  • 📝 Enhanced Remarks UI: A new, more informative remarks interface has been developed using a custom JS control add-in. This allows for better visibility of actions and information directly within the remarks section, enhancing user interaction and data clarity.
  • 🤖 Improved AI Functions: We’ve refined our AI model selection process to ensure higher quality and accuracy. By defining models at the product level and updating prompts, we deliver better results tailored to your needs.
  • 🚫 Exclude Template Field from Document Creation: A new option allows certain template fields to be included in the draft process but excluded from the final document creation. This provides more precise control over document content.
  • 📅 Calendar Week to Date Conversion: The system now accurately recognizes and converts calendar weeks to dates, regardless of whether the year is listed first or last, ensuring correct date interpretation.

Previously, when attempting to create a barcode with an empty or incorrect number series, no action was taken. This has now been corrected. If an empty or incorrect number series is entered, an error message will now appear, indicating that the number series needs to be checked.

We have fixed a bug related to the configuration of placeholders that overwrite metadata. Previously, if a document was uploaded without the placeholder or if the placeholders were empty, the mapping values were still overwriten. With this fix, in such cases, the mapping values will not be overwriten anymore.

DI - Handeling Silent Upload with an Inbound List

In this release, we have extended the Silent Upload functionality for DI Admins. Now, when a Silent Upload is set up, the document will not be directly uploaded to the record. Instead, it will be placed in the corresponding Inbound List. This enhancement improves document tracking and provides an opportunity to review the document before it is uploaded to the record. Please refer to the updated Documentation for detailed instructions on how the Silent Upload should be implemented.

There was a problem when creating a barcode through the "Create Barcode" action if the created barcode already existed in the barcode entry table via the "Assign Barcode" action, as some necessary fields were left empty.
