Een probleem opgelost waarbij, wanneer een inhoudstype was geconfigureerd in de Dispatch Profiel Bijlage-opties voor een Document Central-bijlage en een bijlagengroep werd toegevoegd aan het document, het inhoudstype werd gewist uit de opties.
Impact:
Voorheen dwongen onnodige verwijderingen gebruikers om het inhoudstype opnieuw te configureren en veroorzaakten soms verzendproblemen. Dit is opgelost.

Detectie van Dubbele Bijlagen in Documentverzending
We zijn verheugd om te introduceren Detectie van Dubbele Bijlagen in Documentverzending—een nieuwe functie ontworpen om uw uitgaande communicatie schoon en professioneel te houden. Voordat documenten worden verzonden, controleert het systeem automatisch de hash-waarden van geselecteerde bijlagen van Document Central om duplicaten te identificeren, zodat hetzelfde document niet meerdere keren in één verzending wordt verzonden.
U kunt deze functie eenvoudig inschakelen in de bijlage-opties voor een probleemloze installatie.
Hoe het werkt
Detectie van Dubbele Bijlagen maakt gebruik van slimme hash-vergelijkingen om uw verzendproces te stroomlijnen:

Fixed a bug in Document Dispatch and Document Central where DMS attachments were incorrectly placed at the beginning of the PDF document when using the multi-download function. The attachments should follow the report of the posted sales invoice and precede the static file from the dispatch profile. This issue has been resolved and the documents now download in the correct sequence.
