Quick start

Document Dispatch can be implemented and activated very quickly. This allows a quick return on investment to be generated. Document Dispatch offers a high level of customization via configuration. Many areas can be customized and processes can be controlled with a setup. But the aim of Simova products is that the start-up is very easy and fast.

The following steps need to be performed to get started quickly with Document Dispatch.

First step is to install the Document Dispatch extension from marketplace. Install from Extension Marketplace
Second step is to activate the license and assign the license to the users. License activation and assignment
Third step is to import a default configuration for the areas in Business Central where Document Dispatch is implemented. Configuration Wizard

Info

Some areas are excluded from the default setup and are not imported with the configuration wizard. These concerns the general module setup and the selection of the repository.

General settings

All functions and integrations of Document Dispatch can be activated and deactivated in the general module setup. Document Dispatch is still deactivated with the default setup implemantation. The steps from the Module activiation need to be carried out for the activation. Other setup parameters are set by default. They can be adjusted according to the instructions in the General settings
