Integration of salutations from the Business Central Standard
We have enhanced the Document Dispatch User experience by integrating salutations from the Business Central Standard into the placeholder configuration. Users can now define a placeholder for the BC salutation using a new checkmark column. Also, an additional column has been added for the contact field in the business mapping, enabling automatic navigation to the correct BC contact and generation of the appropriate salutation based on the salutation code. Users can also select whether to use a formal or informal salutation with the new formality column in the output settings. This update ensures that when generating an email, the placeholder is filled with the correct information, in the chosen Document Dispatch language, providing a seamless integration of salutations.

The incorrect file extension (.pdf) was displayed when the type was XSD or XML, the .xml is now placed in file caption for the specifc types. Additionally, placing a dot in the Caption of the File Caption is not possible anymore, which cause the part after it to be cut out.

Previously, when multiple Dispatch Profiles failed to send out during the Batch Posting Process, the system did not inform the user about the failure. XInvoice Download function Multiselect not possible
The bug caused that not all selected posted sales invoices got download or either downloaded faulty. This issue was caused indirectly by a DELSTR parameter 2 value that was outside the permitted range. This fix enabled the user to have a download off a tangible XML with an embedded PDF file of a selected record.

Resolved an issue where previously, upon upgrading to a version where the CORE Language Table was implemented, the table did not populate the languages for which an email template was present. This issue has now been resolved. A Functionality was implemented making it possible to define the Order of the Documents when they are merged via an Attachment Group
Before the implementetation the order of the Document whould be random based on the order in which the Documents where found. To make the merged PDF more redeable it is possible to define a sorting criteria for example when 4 DMS Documents where found 2 based on the Entry 1000 and 2 on the Entry 1010 then it is possible define a sorting criteria so that the dms documents that are define on the same entry are merged together.

The error occurred because there was always a query for renaming on the pages "Dynamic Business Mappings", "Setup", "Dispatch Profiles" and "Business Mapping Setup". Now this error has been solved and the user can create a new Dispatch Profile, as well as new records on the other pages without problems again.

The EDS Dynamic Business Mapping Code in the EDS Dynamic Business Partner page has a filter for the dropdown, which make it impossible to create a new entry with the new button from the dropdown. The filter is now removed so that the user can create a full Business Mapping Setup from the new button in the dropdown.

Switching the Business Relation Code does not delete business partner filters
Switching the Business Relation Code or Table field did not remove the old filter, and created an error because the old filter still exist. The user will now be asked to make a confirmation when the user wants to change the Business Partner field or the Table field. When the user confirm the field change, the filter will be completely deleted for the selected mapping.

Create the output type "Download"
A new output type has been added to the EDS which allows the attachments of the dispatch profile to be downloaded via the browser. This is possible with a new function in the EDS factbox "Download" that is displayed when creating a business partner that has a shipping profile assigned with the type Download, a PDF is then generated that is downloaded with the browser. If you have several documents that are not assigned to an attachment group, a zip file is generated that contains the attachments.

The EDS Duplicate Dispatch Profile Action does not copy the PDF/A-3 settings if there is a PDF/A-3 in the report configured. It is now fixed, and the duplicate function will also duplicate the PDF/A-3 settings.

There was a problem with the "Copy Node" action as it only created a new node which was completely empty. This has now been fixed. After pressing this action the node will be copied completely.

Email templates special characters HTML issue on automatic sending
When a user made a posting, the document was automatically sent by email, but if there were special characters in the email, such as "Ä, Ö, Ü", then the email was incorrect for the recipient, because other incorrect characters came instead. Now the problem has been solved and the emails are sent correctly when posting.
