Setting up Dispatch Profiles with a eDocuments attachment with the eDocuments validation before sent

With the eDocuments validation in the Document Dispatch Profiles, the eDocuments attachment is validated every time before sending to the customer. This feature brings you better process assurance.

Setting up the eDocuments validation in the Document Dispatch Profiles

The following steps need to be completed to set up the eDocuments validation for the Dispatch Profile.

  1. Open the Dispatch Profile for a eDocuments attachment.
  2. Navigate to the Document Dispatch Profile Attachment.
  3. Select the line where the eDocuments attachment was set up.
  4. Click on Options in the menu bar.
  5. Activate the eDocuments Validation.
  6. Save and close.

  • If eDocuments validation is activated in the dispatch profile, then every dispatch is validated. If the validation fails, then the dispatch is interrupted until the validation is positive.
