Smart Connect App Registration values not changed after Creation

When creating a new App Registration in the Smart Connect wizard, the values from the new App Registration are not updating as expected. This issue occurs after installing the tray from the Guided Experience and using the Smart Connect Wizard.

Teams connection working even when TAPI is selected

Contrary to expectations, the CTI Tray Application is functioning normally when the CTI Module Setup is set to TAPI and the tray is configured to Microsoft Teams.
