Module activation

The functions and processes of eDocuments can be switched on and off manually in Document Dispatch. The module is disabled with the standard setup via the configuration wizard.

Activation of the module

The following steps need to be completed to activate the eDocuments module.

  1. Navigate through the Document Dispatch - Administrator role center.
  2. Click on Setup in the ribbon bar.
  3. Click on eDocuments License.
  4. Enter the Client-No..
  5. Enter the Activation Code.
  6. Click on Users in the menu bar or on the number in the field Active User Count.
  7. Activate the users for eDocuments.
  8. Save and close.

Warning

It is important that both Document Dispatch and eDocuments are licensed (including trial) and activated to use the full functionality of both products.
