File Extension Filtering for Attachment
This upcoming feature enhances the attachment logic in Document Dispatch by introducing file extension filters when integrating with Document Central. Users can now whitelist or blacklist specific file extensions, ensuring only relevant file types, such as PDFs, are dispatched. This improvement offers better control over dispatched files, supports regulatory or customer requirements, prevents accidental inclusion of undesired file types, and enhances document quality and consistency.

Duplicate Attachment Detection in Document Dispatch
The upcoming feature will enhance the Document Dispatch system by incorporating a duplicate detection feature for attachments sourced from Document Central. This feature will use hash values to identify and prevent the dispatch of identical documents multiple times in a single dispatch. If duplicates are detected, the system will notify the users and provide handling options to manage these duplicates per business requirements. This feature aims to prevent accidental double sending of documents, ensure professional outbound communication, and reduce user effort by automatically detecting duplicates.
