Enhanced Error Handling and Processing Continuity in Document Inbound

Released

Document Inbound efficiently processes incoming documents by identifying corresponding records through various factors such as Barcode, QR Code, Filename, and email subject values. The system ensures continuous workflow by isolating and notifying users of any issues without disrupting the overall process. Clear error messages and resolution steps enhance user experience, while detailed logging and troubleshooting guidance reduce support overhead.

Duplicate Document Detection in Document Inbound via Hash Values

Released

The upcoming feature will improve Document Inbound by using previously calculated hash values to identify duplicate documents upon entry. This feature will compare the hash values of incoming documents with those already in the system, enabling automatic detection and marking of duplicates in the inbound list. It will also offer configurable actions for handling duplicates, providing administrators and users with the flexibility to manage these entries according to their specific processes. This enhancement will prevent duplicate entries from cluttering Document Central, increase efficiency and data quality by automatically identifying existing documents, and allow customizable handling of duplicates based on company procedures.
