View not written release notes inside a query

To keep an overview of written or not written release notes, we have added a new action to the queries to show the status of release notes from the work items of the queries.

You will find in your query, among other actions, a new added action called "Check for Release Notes".

This action opens a new panel and then checks the release note status for each work item of the query result.
