If you need assistance, there are several support options available through Simova. Depending on your situation, you can choose from the following types of support.

Simova Docs

Simova Docs is the official documentation site featuring a vast number of helpful articles for beginners, IT professionals, and everyone in between. Always consult this site first before seeking other support options.

Youtube Channel

The Simova Youtube Channel is an excellent resource for webcast recordings and product videos. These materials can help you understand Simova products and learn to configure and use them effectively. Subscribe to the channel to stay updated and be part of the community.

Customer Support

For any questions about the Simova extension, customers should contact their Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central partner. Partners have access to Simova training and numerous resources. They can also seek assistance through the Simova Zone and Support.

Partner support

As a partner, you can get help by contacting Simova via the Simova Zone from the Simova website. The Simova Zone enables direct communication through ticketing, allowing problems to be solved as quickly as possible.
