Trials and Subscription
You can use QR Pay in several different ways, and some of these can even be combined. Each of the various methods is described in more detail below.
Sign up for a trial
If you’d like to try QR Pay before subscribing, you can sign up for a free trial here. Just open Microsoft AppSource and click "Free Trial" at the top left. This free trial gives you access to all QR Pay features for up to 30 days. After the trial period—or at any time during it—you can easily switch to a full subscription if you wish. You’ll already be set up and can continue working with the same data used during the trial.

QR Pay is ready to use whenever you are. With its simple and transparent pricing model, it’s designed to grow with your business and streamline your invoicing process from day one.
You can begin with a 30-day free trial, which includes 100 QR codes, giving you the opportunity to explore all features in real-world scenarios without any limitations. QR Pay is licensed per tenant and billed per QR code generated per month.
This usage-based model ensures that you only pay for what you actually use. Whether you generate a few invoices or thousands, QR Pay adapts to your volume.
To subscribe to QR Pay, simply reach out to your existing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central partner. Your partner will help you with all subscription-related matters and get you up and running fast. In fact, it’s important that you’re assisted by your partner when you activate any version of QR Pay, as this ensures that you get off to a good start and that everything is done properly. Set up a sandbox
Looking for a safe way to test and try out things in QR Pay? Then a sandbox may be the way to go for you. Sandboxes let you practice and experiment without the risk of losing any valuable data or breaking anything in production.
Your administrator can set up one or more sandbox accounts alongside your production environment, even if you’ve signed up for a trial. No data is transferred from any of the sandbox accounts to your production environment, so playing around with sandbox data is completely risk-free.
