Description: When a user is activated in multiple companies and subsequently deactivated in one, the user may still appear active in Document Central despite being deactivated in all PLMs.

Impact: This inconsistency can lead to confusion and potential access issues, as users may appear to have active permissions in Document Central while being deactivated in other systems.
