Reset to default button disappears after API URL correction and requires page switch to reappear

Fix Planned

Description: When attempting to set up the license server with the correct API URL, users receive a message indicating that the license server is not reachable, even though the API URL is correct. After closing and reopening the page, the "Reset Default" button disappears and only reappears after switching pages. Once the button is visible again and the reset is performed, no message appears and the license server information is accepted.

Impact: This issue causes confusion and additional steps for users trying to configure the license server, as they must switch pages to access the "Reset Default" button and ensure the license server information is correctly set.
