Searching for a work item in the search bar does not match the work item ID in the Release Note tab.

When searching for a work item in the search bar, there is always a mismatch of the current work item ID, which affects the extension. If no work item is selected, the following error occurs Active work item document does not exist in current context. If a work item is selected and you search for a new one, the background work item ID is used.

However, this is a bug that comes from Azure DevOps and there is a workaround to fix this issue. To fix this, you need to go to "Preview Features" and disable new boards hub and re-enable it. This step will fix that a mismatch appears.
