Setting Up User Groups
In many areas, work is done with groups or departments. With Flow Path, it is possible to send entries to individual users or to user groups.
The following steps must be taken to create Flow Path user groups.

Setting Up the User Group
The user groups can be created via the User Groups action in the role center menu bar.
To set up a user group, follow these steps:
- Start in the Flow Path Administrator role center.
- Open the User Groups by navigating through Setup.
- Click on + New to create a new user group.
- Assign a unique code for the user group and a meaningful description to distinguish it from other groups.
- Users can be added directly to the newly created group. To do this, navigate to Flow Path Users.
- Select the free column in the Users field and choose a desired user.
- The name and email address of the user will be automatically filled in.
- Close the window again.
