Using Copilot in the Document Dispatch Send Dialog

The Document Dispatch Copilot allows you to create email templates using AI directly within the manual sending process via the Document Dispatch factbox.
Simply describe to the Copilot what the template should contain e.g., sending a reminder or creating an invoice – and Copilot will automatically generate the most suitable template for you.
Additionally, the Document Dispatch Copilot offers the ability to automatically translate existing templates.

Document Dispatch Copilot Send Dialog

Follow these steps to create a template in the Send dialog:

  1. Start a sending process via the Document Dispatch factbox by clicking on Send Dialog.
  2. In the email dialog window, click the three dots next to Email Dialog and select Create.
  3. Select a language in which the email content should be written.
  4. You can integrate additional information using placeholders by defining a new placeholder.
  5. Click Generate.
  6. If you are satisfied with the generated email, you can transfer it to the email dialog.

Placeholders created in the Send dialog are not saved. To learn how to add placeholders, see here.

Rewriting in the Document Dispatch Copilot Send Dialog

Follow these steps to rewrite a template in the Send dialog:

  1. Start a sending process via the Document Dispatch factbox by clicking on Send Dialog.
  2. In the email dialog window, click the three dots next to Email Dialog.
  3. Click Rewrite.
  4. Specify how the email should be rewritten.
  5. Click Generate.
  6. If you are satisfied with the rewritten email, you can transfer it to the email dialog.
