Quick start

This Guide will led you through the complete configuration of Document Dispatch Copilot. The configuration is splitted in two parts:

  • Activate the Feature
  • Activate the Copilot Capabillities
  • Configure an OpenAI Service

Activate the Feature

To activate the Feature you can follow this documentation. Simply click on the feature Copilot and activate it.

Activate Copilot Capabillities

To activate the Copilot Capabillities you follow these steps:

  1. Click on the search icon in the top-right corner .
  2. Search for Copilot & AI capabilities and open the page.
  3. In the section Generally available you will find multiple capabillities, all document dispatch capabillities are marked with the prefix (EDS). Simply select one or all and press Activate

Note

  • (EDS) Email Template Creation
    • This capabillity enables the capabillity on the templates to create new email template. For more information you can have a look at this documentation.
  • (EDS) Email Template Translation
    • This capabillity enables the capabillity on the templates to translate existing email template. For more information you can have a look at this documentation.
  • (EDS) Email Placeholder Selection
    • This capabillity enables the capabillity on the dispatch profile to create a new set of placeholders. For more information you can have a look at this documentation.
  • (EDS) Email Creation
    • This capabillity enables the capabillity to create new emails and rephrase existing ones in the via the Dialog sending. For more information you can have a look at this documentation.

Configure Copilot

To activate the Copilot Capabillities you follow these steps:

  1. Click on the search icon in the top-right corner .
  2. Search for Document Dispatch - Copilot Setup and open the page.
  3. In the section Deployment Configuration, setup your credentials, if you dont have an Azure OpenAI service right now, you can follow this guide to set one up.

Note

If you want to use Managed Resource you can use the checkmark Use Managed Resources. Enable this option to use a managed Azure OpenAI deployment. This ensures seamless integration with Microsoft Copilot features while maintaining security and compliance. If managed ressources is enabled, we will use the GPT-4o modell.

Note: You must still provide the deployment details to verify, that you have access to azure Openai services.
