Quick Start
Document Inbound can be implemented and activated very quickly. This allows a quick return on investment to be generated. Document Inbound offers a high level of customization via configuration. Many areas can be customized and processes can be controlled with a setup. But the aim of Simova products is that the start-up is very easy and fast.
The following steps need to be performed to get started quickly with Document Inbound.

Information
After finishing the listed steps, a full pre-defined configuration for Document Inbound is in place and functional. In case it is desired to configure Document Inbound manually, the manual setup area of the documentation can be used.
Document Inbound Admin Rolecenter & Checklist
The Document Inbound configuration is handeled mostly within the Document Inbound Administrator Rolecenter. The Administrator Rolecenter can be assigned by following the next steps.
- In Business Central, go to Settings.
- Click on My Settings.
- Click on the three dots in the first row right next to the Role field.
- Select the Document Inbound Administrator role.
- Click on OK on the My Settings page.
- The Document Inbound Administrator role is now assigned to the user.
General settings
All functions and integrations of Document Inbound can be activated and deactivated in the general module setup. Document Inbound is still deactivated with the default setup implemantation. The steps from the Module activation need to be carried out for the activation. Other setup parameters are set by default. They can be adjusted according to the instructions in the General settings.
Job Queue
In the module setup of Document Inbound it is possible to define the maximum number of errors each job queue can run in. In Document Inbound, the default value is set to 5 for the maximum number of errors per job queue run.
App Registration
An app registration must be created in Document Inbound to use all functionalities. Without creating an app registration there is no access to any functionalities. In the module setup of Document Inbound it is possible to view all related registration data after the app registration.
