Transactions
Unlike Document Central, which is based on a licensing system, Document Inbound is billed per transaction. The number of transactions is recorded by the Simova API and billed at the end of each month based on the actual number of transactions.
The Simova API only counts the number of transactions and does not consider any sensitive information, ensuring no privacy concerns. For more details about transactions, visit our website.

Example
If a document with 5 separate QR codes is split and returned, this counts as 5 transactions.
