If you need assistance, there are several support options available through Simova. Depending on your situation, you can choose from the following types of support.

Simova Docs

Simova Docs is the official documentation site with a variety of helpful articles for beginners, IT professionals, and everyone in between. Always consult this page first before seeking other support options.

YouTube Channel

The Simova YouTube Channel is an excellent resource for webcast recordings and product videos. These materials can help you understand Simova products and learn how to configure and use them effectively. Subscribe to the channel to stay updated and be part of the community.

Customer Support

For questions regarding the Simova extension, customers should contact their Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central partner. Partners have access to Simova training and numerous resources. You can also seek support through the Simova Zone and support.

Partner Support

As a partner, you can receive help by contacting Simova through the Simova Zone on the Simova website. The Simova Zone allows for direct communication through a ticketing system, so issues can be resolved as quickly as possible.
