Allowed Filetypes

The ticketing system requires configuration of allowed file types by specifying which file extensions can be uploaded. This ensures that only supported documents are accepted, while preventing unnecessary, unsupported, or potentially harmful files from being uploaded. This section provides guidance on how to configure allowed file types in Business Portals.

  1. Click on the Allowed Filetypes in the action bar.
  2. Type in the allowed file extension in the list, for example .jpg, .png, .pdf, etc.
