Configuring Captions

The Business Portals ticketing system allows you to dynamically configure the captions and languages displayed on both the web and mobile applications. This section explains the available caption configuration features and provides step-by-step guidance on how to configure and manage caption settings for the ticketing system in Business Portals.

1. Click Captions on the action bar.
2. To quick configure the captions, use the action Fill from Default, this will let Business Portals to automatically generate a set of captions needed by the system with English and German captions.
3. Additional caption languages can be added by clicking any of the (...) beside the specific caption. The existing language can also be configured the same way.
4. Clicking the (...) will open the list of captions available in the Business Portals.
5. Here you can either select another caption or use the Edit function to modify the existing caption or add another language.

It is recommended to use the Fill from Default action on first setup, to ensure the completion of the caption and avoid duplicates.
