Tile

The style type "Tile" is used to present content in a clear tile view.

General Settings

Follow these steps to assign the style type Tile to the dataset:

  1. Select the desired dataset table in the dataset.
  2. Click on Web Content on the right and then on Edit to start the configuration.
  3. Set the type Tile in the View Style.
  4. Choose the width of the field in which the tiles will be displayed (Column Span). The maximum width is 12.
  5. The number of tiles displayed side by side adjusts to the width of the Column Span.
  6. Select the Column Offset. The Column Offset defines how much space should be left on the left side before the tiles begin.
  7. The paging defines how many records should be loaded when the page is opened.
  8. You can disable the search by activating Disable Search. The search is always active until it is disabled.

Show Details on One Entry

If a filter or selection results in only one entry, it can be displayed directly.

Follow these steps to show the details of an entry:

  1. Select the desired dataset table in the dataset.
  2. Click Web Content on the right, then click Edit to start the configuration.
  3. Set the type to Tile in View Style.

Info

The Show Details on One Entry function is only relevant when there is exactly one entry whose detail view can be displayed. In this case, the entry will open directly without first showing the calendar overview.

  5. After the image has been successfully uploaded, you need to update the images in your portal.
  6. Navigate back to the role center and open the portal overview by clicking on Portal.
  7. Open the portal by clicking.
  8. Update the images by performing the action Update Images.

Wizard Style View

The Wizard Style View allows processes to be presented in a step-by-step guide. Each step focuses on a clearly defined part of the overall process and guides the user through the required inputs or decisions in a structured manner.

  1. Select the desired dataset table in the dataset.
  2. Click on Web Content on the right and then on Edit to start the configuration.

Info

The steps of the Wizard Style View are configured in the dataset detail layout. Each "Collapse" section corresponds to a single step within the assistant and defines the content displayed to the user in that section.

  2. Click on Web Content on the right and then on Edit to start the configuration.

Unread records will now be displayed in your tiles as bold text.
